Old Tiraspol Hostel

I recently stayed at Old Tiraspol Hostel for a week and had a great experience. The staff were friendly and helpful, the hot water and wifi were reliable, and the location was convenient with nearby bars, restaurants, a bank. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the large windows offered great views. Despite the equipment being a bit old, it had everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again!

I had an amazing stay at this hostel. The apartment-style setup was perfect for me. It was clean, had all the necessary amenities, and felt more like an Airbnb than a typical dorm room hostel. The location was central, making it easy to explore the city on foot. The staff, especially the lovely family who runs the place, were pretty good too ensure my stay was very nice. They were friendly, helpful, and made me feel right at home. I highly recommend this place!

I always go back to this place. First visit, staff helped me find my way. Perfect for me: Wi-Fi, parking, kitchen, A/C, express check-in. I'll be back next weekend!

The rooms at Old Tiraspol Hostel are awesome! Some of them even have a balcony with a city view, which is perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or watching the sunset. I felt like I was on top of the world! I loved that every unit in the hostel had a kettle. It made it so convenient to make a cup of tea or coffee whenever I wanted. Just what I needed after a long day of exploring the city. The twin room I stayed in was great. It had an electric kettle, a private entrance, and even a stovetop. It felt like a little home away from home. What I really liked was that some of the rooms came with a balcony. It was a lovely addition and a great spot to take in the city vibes. It was a nice touch that each room came with fresh bed linen and towels. It made me feel like I was staying in a hotel, but with the comfort of a hostel.

Personally, I wasn't a fan of the casino at the property. I'm more into karaoke and would have loved a dedicated karaoke room instead.

The hostel was clean, spacious, and was like home. The owner was kind and attentive, despite the language barrier. Great location, walking distance to everything. Good communication with the owner.

That it was a bit difficult to find the hostel without calling the owner first. the toilet could use some renovation or refurbishment.
